All reservations are final.
- All contracts and credit card receipts must be
signed before booking occurs.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights year round, one week minimum
in July and August with specified rotation day
of Monday to Monday.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights for the month of June
and September, Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day
weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week,
and New Years.
- Additional Night rate excludes Memorial Day
weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week,
and Christmas
week.
- A security deposit equal to at least one-half
of the rental amount is required, amount
varies depending
on home. Please contact Russian River Vacation
Home to verify the amount.
- $40.00 change date fee.
- Security Deposits are refundable within
14 days after departing providing all
rules have
been met
(see provided contract), no damages,
and the home is left in the way it was found.
- 9% Sonoma County transit tax is due
on all reservations less than 30-days.
- 2% Sonoma County Area Improvement
Fee is due on all reservations.
- A non-refundable booking fee
of $20.00 is added to all reservations.
- Visa, Master card, American
Express, personal check, is
accepted. If
paying by check we
will hold the reservation
for no longer than 4 days.
- Check in time-4:00pm
/ Check out time-11:00am.
- Prices are subject to
change without notice.

Homes will not be responsible
for
any items left
behind
in homes.
So please
make sure you remove all
personal items before
you leave.
- All homes are completely
furnished with sheets
and bathing towels,
basic kitchen
supplies, deck
furniture, charcoal
or propane grills.
- All docks and beaches
are seasonal only
from mid-June to mid-September
providing the summer
dams are in.
Canoe and inner tubes
are
available
from mid-June to mid-September
only.
